Purchase Guidelines

1. To place orders, select your favourite items from our album and please kindly email to us at freshimage15@gmail.com . Please include your name, phone number, mailing address and item code and colour that you are interested in.
2. We will reply you as soon as possible to confirm your orders.
3. Shoppers can make payment once orders are confirmed.
4. There is NO minimum order.
5. For in stock items, it may take 3-5 working days to reach your mailing address.
6. For pre-order items, please be informed that we'll only start ordering from our supplier when our batch order finishes. We'll keep you updated.
7. We'll set a timeline for pre-order items so that our shoppers do not have to wait for too long.
